Latest changes at Union Fish: Phase one of the transformation was completed last spring. We unveiled a completely renovated second floor, with a larger dining room, welcoming new bar area and an outdoor wrap-around porch for cocktails and lighter fare. Phase two is complete. We upgraded the lobby, remodeled the bathrooms and updated the deck.
